4Living in a small building

Two other households share the building, including neighbors directly upstairs. Unit A parks in the driveway on the right side of the building. Sound carries, so we're looking for someone who is mindful of noise levels, especially early and late.

Do you play an instrument, work from home on calls, or have a hobby that makes noise?
The back yard is yours to care for, including watering and mowing the grass. Is that something you're up for?
